This 6-month coaching program is designed to help you achieve overall wellness by integrating nutrition, movement, sleep quality, stress management, and mindset techniques into your daily life.You'll take small, manageable steps, building on them every two weeks while refining your plan to overcome challenges. The goal is to develop sustainable habits and skills that support your long term health and happiness.
Together, we'll work on:
✅ Define Your Wellness Vision – Clearly outline the health and wellness goals you want to achieve over the next six months.
✅ Create a Personalised Road map – Develop a step-by-step plan based on your unique needs, guiding you toward your goal.
✅ Take Small, Meaningful Actions – Start with one achievable action step, practice it consistently for two weeks, build upon it, and gradually progress to the next step.
✅ Refine & Adapt – Regularly assess your progress, address challenges and obstacles, and adjust your plan as needed to stay on track.
✅ Stay Accountable & Motivated – Identify your personal reasons for staying committed, celebrate your wins, fine-tune your approach, and continue developing the skills needed for long-term success during coaching sessions.

Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief survey to provide insights into your current habits, health status, and lifestyle—ensuring a fully tailored approach.

Each session is 40 minutes.
Total : 560 minutes
✔ Midweek Accountability Check-ins via Whats App or email
✔ Ongoing Support (5 Days/Week) outside of sessions via Whats App or email

Worksheets, info graphics, and guides to track progress, learn, and implement changes.
