This personalised 90-day coaching program is designed to help you achieve a short-term wellness goal that feels most urgent to you while aligning with your bigger vision for health and fitness. Over three months, you'll learn what working on sustainable habits looks like, build essential skills, and develop consistency to move confidently on your journey toward lasting change.
Together, we'll work on:
✅ Define Your Priority Goal – Identify the most important health goal to focus on for the next 90 days.
✅ Develop a Personalised Road map – Create a step-by-step 90-day plan tailored to your needs.
✅ Take Small, Meaningful Actions – Every two weeks, implement one realistic action step to build momentum. (Work on 4 to 5 action steps throughout the program.)
✅ Refine & Adapt – Continuously assess your progress, making adjustments as needed.
✅ Stay Accountable & Motivated – Celebrate wins, address challenges, and fine-tune your approach during coaching sessions.
