Six years ago, I moved overseas with my husband and 4-year-old twins. With no help, I juggled everything—parenting, household chores, and adapting to a new life. I was exhausted, stressed, and gained weight, I realised that simply eating “healthy” wasn’t enough. I needed to understand my eating behaviours, regulate it while also prioritising on moving my body more. I studied, learned & worked on myself.
Determined to change, I took small steps, built better habits, and stayed consistent. It wasn’t easy, but over time, I transformed—physically and mentally. Today I feel stronger and more confident in my body.
I live and breathe this stuff every day, and passionate about helping people like me who struggle with building a healthier life.
